  • Room Details: Queen bed, two nightstands with lights, large dresser, two-door sliding closet, chair.

  • Amenities: Fast Wi-Fi, shared shower, private toilet room.

  • Location: North Park neighborhood, one block from Vons, street parking, near bus lines, 10 minutes from downtown San Diego.

  • Guest Preferences: Quiet professionals, non-smokers, no pets, no parties. Maximum of 2 guests in the room.

  • Availability: Short-term, conference visits, event bookings, business trips, etc.

Welcome! I’m glad you’re considering staying here during your visit to San Diego.
This is a peaceful home designed for professionals who need a quiet, comfortable place to recharge after a busy day.
Here are a few friendly guidelines to help make your stay smooth and enjoyable:

🌿 General Atmosphere

  • This is a calm, business-focused home, great for conferences, work trips, or quiet getaways.

  • Please keep things peaceful and respectful so everyone can enjoy the space.

🛌 Noise & Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM.

  • No loud music, parties, or gatherings, thank you!

🚭 Smoking / Pets

  • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home.

  • Sorry, no pets. I like to keep the space allergy-friendly and clean.

🍳 Kitchen & Coffee

  • Light cooking is totally fine.
    Just clean up after yourself so the kitchen stays fresh for everyone.

  • You’re welcome to use the coffee machine anytime.

🛋️ Living Room & TV Area

  • Make yourself comfortable, enjoy the TV and the living room.

  • I just ask that you avoid eating on the light-colored couches to keep things looking great.

🚿 Bathroom & Shower

  • You’ll have your own private toilet room.

  • The shower is shared, please leave it tidy after use.

🧺 Laundry

  • Laundry is shared and is totally fine for you to use. Just let me know, and I’ll give you the key.

🌐 Wi-Fi

  • High-speed Wi-Fi is available for work, meetings, or streaming (after work :)).

  • Please avoid any illegal downloads.

  • For everyone’s comfort and privacy, no outside guests or friends over during your stay.

  • Treat the home with the same care and respect you’d expect from a good guest.
