Quiet hours in this North Park short-term rental are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Because this is a shared space, loud music, parties, or gatherings are not allowed.
🚭 Smoking & Pets
Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment.
In addition, pets are not permitted to keep the space clean and allergy-friendly.
🍳 Kitchen & Coffee
Light cooking is welcome. However, please clean up after each use.
You may also use the coffee machine at any time.
🛋️ Living Room & TV Area
You’re welcome to enjoy the TV and the living room.
Please avoid eating on the light-colored couches so they stay clean.
